APPLICATION
The ideal system comprises, one coat of Timber Glow Timber Seal followed by Two to three coats of Timber Glow finish coat in your chosen shade.
The first application (Timber Seal) on sawn Western Red cedar and similar rough timbers should be thinned to a suitable degree to allow ease of application on the porous timber. For use on fine grained dressed timbers thinning should be to a maximum of 10% as required.
The first and second coats of top coat material can be applied without thinning although if desired thinning up to a maximum of 10% is recommended.
Apply thin coats with good quality paint brush, roller or spray. All North and West elevations Miniumin 3 Coats Timbre Gow including Decks.
Good painting practice recommends that when the product is applied by roller onto large areas, it should be 'laid off' with a good quality brush, to dispel any foaming,
unevenness or drips and runs that may be formed by the roller. The product dries quite quickly to its' final film and 'laying off' should follow the roller directly.
